DENVER, N.C. -- A woman charged with neglecting animals at her rescue in Denver said Friday she took care to all of her nearly 400 pets. Vicki Rauch and her son are each charged with nine counts of animal cruelty. Rauch’s husband is also charged with animal cruelty.
